I was having problems with my online banking login. I couldn’t login my account no matter how many times I tried. I tried changing the login information to caps but still, nothing worked. I checked my email to see the message from the bank that had my login details in it. I put exactly the same information that was in the email and still, I couldn’t log in my account.
I couldn’t take it anymore so I decided to go to the bank and ask for help. I was greeted by a very friendly clerk who asked me about my problem. I told her I couldn’t login my account. She asked me if I forgot my login details. I told her I didn’t and that I’m pretty sure I put the correct login information. She then asked me if my browser’s cookies were enabled. That’s when I realized that they actually weren’t. That’s why I couldn’t log in.
