ESOP is a different and yet unique concept. The concept basically suggests that the employees working at the company can own the stock produced by them and can earn some more money. This is a concept that discusses the sharing of the company’s stock with the clients. In this situation, you can share the value of the stock that the company holds with the employees through their basic salary. The employees working at the company get paid for particular value that the stock hold divided by the number of employees minus the profit and other expenses. This is a very unique way in which the employees can own some shares of the company at a much decreased price. These stocks are basically the part of the ownership of the company called the shares. Their value is shared with the employees and both of them can get benefits which can be substantial and non- substantial.
